PROJECTS DEVELOPED BY LAHARI GROUP

1. Lahari Meadows (1979): In 1979, the Lahari Group developed 115 acres of land in Uppal into residential plots.
2. Bollaram Industrial Area (1982): Following the success of their Uppal venture, the group acquired 150 acres of land in 1982 and developed it into industrial plots.
3. Kazipally Industrial Area (1984): Another significant project came in 1984 when the group purchased 350 acres of land and developed it into another industrial area. Both industrial areas have since become prominent in Hyderabad.
4. Lahari Estates (Late 1990s): Lahari Estates, covering over 400 acres near Kukatpally, was developed and became an iconic residential property in the late 1980s. It is recognized as "Pragati Nagar." The property originally sold for prices between Rs.100/- and Rs.120/- per sq. yard and has since appreciated significantly, with current values exceeding Rs.75,000 to 10,000 per sq. yard. Pragathinagar's present population is around 40,000.
5. Apurupa Township (1986): Spread over 70 acres, this property was developed to cater to employees working in and around Jeedimetla. Plots were sold at an average price of Rs.140/- per sq. yard, and today they are valued at over Rs.15,000/- per sq. yard. More than 800 customers have benefited from the constant appreciation in market values.
6. Lahari Enclave (1996): Covering 70 acres, Lahari Enclave provides residential accommodations ideal for those in and around Gajularamaram. The plots, originally sold at an average price of Rs.325/- per sq. yard, now have a value exceeding Rs.15,000/- per sq. yard. Over 700 customers purchased plots in this project.
7. Lahari Green Park – Bowrampet (1999-2002): Over 100 acres were developed in Bowrampet from 1999 to 2002 under the name "Lahari Green Park." The plots, originally selling at Rs.425/- per sq. yard, are now valued at around Rs.50,000/- per sq. yard. Vignan Jyothi Engineering College also constructed a residential facility within this property.
8. Lahari Green Park – Bhanoor (2002-2018): Over 500 acres were developed in Bhanoor, Patancheru Mandal, between 2002 and 2018. Various plot sizes were sold, and within this property, a world-class Holiday Resort named "Lahari Resorts" was developed.
9. Lahari Constructions - Lahari Jade Residenza: A gated community consisting of 138 houses, Lahari Jade Residenza is located close to Lahari Resorts. The houses were sold at Rs.2000/sq. feet with a plotted area of 325 sq. yards and a built-up area of 1475 sq. feet. The property also includes a commercial building currently occupied by "Corporation Bank" and a petrol station.
10. Lahari – Meadows: This 25-acre HMDA layout was developed at Shankarpally Village & Mandal, R.R. District, consisting of 232 open plots with plotted areas of 355, 311, and 266 sq. yards.
11. Sukruthi Avanthika Phase I: Spread over 71.20 guntas, this HMDA layout at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, consists of 888 open plots with plotted areas ranging from 60 to 696 sq. yards. Additionally, 13 villas were constructed in this layout.
12. Sukruthi Avanthika Phase II: A 10.01 Guntas HMDA layout developed at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, consisting of 95 open plots with various sizes.
13. Sukruthi Avanthika Phase III: This HMDA layout was developed at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, consisting of 362 open plots with various sizes.
14. Akshita Phase I: A 4.35 Guntas HMDA Layout was developed at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, consisting of 58 open plots with different sizes.
15. Akshita Phase II: Spread over 22.22 Guntas, this HMDA Layout was developed at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, consisting of 286 open plots with various sizes.
16. Lahari Ananda: Covering 24.39.5 Guntas, this HMDA Layout was developed at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, R.R. District, consisting of 228 villas and open plots with various sizes.
17. Lahari Aavaasa: A 14.20 Guntas HMDA Layout was developed at Bhanur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, consisting of 169 open plots with different sizes.
18. Lahari Advaitha: Covering 7.30 Guntas, this HMDA Layout was developed at Bhanur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, consisting of 101 open plots with different sizes.
